Product Owner AI Transformation (F/M/X)

To support the growth of our Artificial Intelligence initiatives, GENFIT’s IT department is strengthening its AI and innovation division.
As a Product Owner/AI Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the deployment of generative AI solutions for the company’s business teams.

You act as a link between business and technical teams to ensure the success of our AI projects.

MISSIONS:

Your main missions will be:

• Manage AI projects at every stage, from ideation to production, ensuring functional framing, team coordination and results monitoring;
• Support business teams in identifying and formalizing use cases, acting as a relay between users and technical teams;
• Train and raise awareness among teams about generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, few-shot learning, security, etc.);
• Promote the adoption of tools by developing onboarding materials, user guides, an internal FAQ, while collecting feedback to continuously improve the user experience;
• Evaluate market solutions integrating generative AI, identify automation or integration opportunities, and formulate recommendations tailored to the organization’s needs;
• Contribute to the AI ​​strategy by ensuring active technological monitoring and feeding the roadmap in line with business challenges.

PROFILE :

• You are an experienced Digital Project Manager, passionate about AI and able to connect business, technological and strategic issues;
• You have a Master’s degree or an Engineering degree in computer science, data science, digital transformation or a related field and you have at least 3 years’ experience in data/generative AI project management or digital transformation, in an agile environment;
• You have a good understanding of AI technologies (modeling, production, automation), the model lifecycle and data management issues;
• You are recognized for your excellent ability to popularize complex concepts and know how to navigate with ease between IT, data and business teams;
• You have good interpersonal skills and natural leadership that allow you to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people at all levels and to mobilize them around the projects you are leading;
• You express yourself fluently in English and French, both written and spoken, your vocabulary is contemporary and suited to an international working environment;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sectors would be a plus.
