Within our bioanalytical platform, your mission will be to participate in the preparation of biological or chemical samples and in the dosage of compounds by mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).
MISSIONS:
Reporting to the Platform Manager, you will be involved in all or part of the following activities:
- Prepare biological samples (livers, kidneys, plasmas, heart, etc.) for analysis by QExactive (Thermo) or ZenoTOF7600 and 6500+ (Sciex);
- Identify and study the stability of metabolites on different biological matrices (microsomes, cytosols and S9 fraction);
- Develop and validate analytical methods;
- Ensure quantitative analyses of compounds by UPLC-MS/MS;
- Carry out first-level maintenance of equipment (HPLC/UPLC and mass spectrometers);
- Record your results and experimental data in the electronic laboratory notebook as you go;
- Write laboratory procedures and operating methods;
- Contribute to the organization and continuous improvement of the bioanalytical platform;
- Contribute to the programming of a laboratory robot;
- Carry out bibliographic research to ensure technological monitoring.
PROFILE :
- You hold a Master’s degree in analytical chemistry or biochemistry, and you have at least 2 years of initial professional experience in a similar position, which will allow you to be operational quickly;
- You are familiar with analysis software: Sciex OS (Sciex), Xcalibur and TraceFinder (Thermo), Masslynx (Waters);
- You are proficient in standard IT tools (Office Pack, bibliographic research);
- You are recognized for your rigor, your organizational skills and your autonomy in managing your missions;
- Your reliability and seriousness are essential to guarantee the quality and traceability of the results produced in the laboratory;
- You enjoy working in a team and know how to communicate effectively with your contacts;
- Curious and adaptable, you want to develop in a stimulating and demanding scientific environment;
- You regularly read technical documents in English in your field of activity.
