We are seeking a proactive and strategic B2B Distributor Relationship Manager to drive and support our global distributor network.

Role Overview

As our B2B Distributor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our distributor relationships — from identifying and onboarding new partners, to strengthening and scaling existing collaborations. This is a high-impact role that requires a commercial mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

New Distributor Acquisition – Identify and reach out to prospective distribution partners globally
Onboarding – Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new distributors
Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all distributor partners
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and market share with each partner
  • Provide training on products, branding guidelines, and B2B ordering processes.

Partner Growth Support

  • Develop tailored strategies to help distributors maximize sales
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on distributor needs
  • Reporting & Administration – maintain up-to-date CRM records of partner interactions and performance
  • Track KPIs and ensure partners are meeting agreed revenue targets
  • Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

 Proven experience in B2B account management, partnerships, or international sales.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
 Commercially astute with a growth mindset.
 Highly organized and self-driven.
 Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot,) is beneficial.
