Within the Communications department, and under the responsibility of your work-study tutor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills by participating in various communications projects.

MISSIONS:

  • Graphic design: design of visuals for internal and external communications (via the Adobe suite), creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations; updating of existing materials;
  • Production and editing of multimedia content: participation in the production of internal and external videos (editing, transcription, subtitling, etc.);
  • Writing and formatting of content: contribution to the writing of the internal newsletter; writing and proofreading of various content, formatting of documents;
  • Digital communication:
    contribution to the overhaul of the communication community on the Intranet by defining the tools and supports to be shared with employees;
    participation in the creation of corporate and scientific content for LinkedIn, in line with the company’s communication strategy;
  • Events:
    External: logistical support for events (creation of invitations, signage, badges, etc.);
    Internal: participation in the implementation of communication initiatives in collaboration with other departments;
  • Operational support: production monitoring, management of orders and material stocks, competition between service providers, administrative monitoring, search for tools to optimize processes and improve productivity.

PROFILE :

  • You are preparing a Bac+5 level diploma and you are looking for a work-study assignment for the start of the 2025 academic year in the field of communication and project management;
  • You have initial experience in a company (internship or work-study program);
  • You are recognized for your rigor, your adaptability and your organizational skills;
  • You enjoy analyzing a need and know how to structure your work;
  • You are dynamic and enjoy the versatility of the missions. Your creativity and initiative allow you to make relevant suggestions and propose improvements;
  • You are curious and eager to learn. An interest in health research and development as well as innovation is a real plus;
  • Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively;
  • You enjoy working in a team, which allows you to integrate quickly;
  • You have acquired a good foundation in Adobe suites (including Premiere Pro) and Office as part of your studies and/or your experiences (projects, internships, work-study programs);
  • You are aware of good communication practices on LinkedIn and know how to adapt content to the codes of this professional network;
  • You have a perfect command of French, both written and spoken, in a professional context;
  • You have a good level of English (B2+ minimum written and spoken).
