As a DPO Assistant Intern, and reporting to your work-study mentor, you will join the Legal Department. You will first become familiar with GENFIT’s personal data regulations, and then gradually become involved in various projects.

MISSIONS:

  • Contribute to compliance with regulations on personal data: analysis and updating of the processing register, internal audits, regulatory monitoring;
  • Participate in the drafting and implementation of compliance documents (privacy policies, internal procedures, data protection impact analyses – AIPD);
  • Support business teams (R&D, IT, HR, Clinic, etc.) on best practices in data protection and answer their questions;
  • Manage requests from data subjects (exercise of rights, etc.);
  • Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments that could impact the business.

PROFILE :

  • You are preparing a Bac+5 diploma in Digital Law, Compliance, Cybersecurity, or in business school with a specialization in compliance/data regulation;
  • A specialization or an appetite for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences sector would be a plus;
  • You have a solid knowledge of personal data protection regulations;
  • You have a good understanding of the specific issues related to health data and biotechnologies;
  • You are comfortable with drafting privacy policies, impact analyses and internal procedures;
  • You have the ability to conduct compliance audits and raise awareness among employees;
  • You are proficient in office tools (Office Pack) and document management;
  • You have a good level of English (B2+ minimum written and spoken);
  • You are rigorous and organized in managing files;
  • You have excellent communication and teaching skills;
  • You have an analytical mind and are able to work independently;
  • You have good interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments (IT, legal, R&D, HR, etc.).
