As an Information Systems Security (ISS) Assistant, you will be involved in research and consultancy work to ensure the security of information systems. Working closely with the ISS Manager, the IS Director, and business teams, you will actively and effectively contribute to developing solutions tailored to the company’s needs while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

MISSIONS:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the application and development of the Information System Security Policy by involving the relevant stakeholders;
  • Participate in the drafting and development of procedures and operating methods which constitute the documentary basis of the company’s IS Security;
  • Participate in the development of technical solutions to ensure the company’s resilience in the face of evolving cyber threats;
  • Work closely with business teams to understand their needs, support them in securing their projects and integrate ISS from the design stage of solutions;
  • Participate in the security assessment of technical solutions and potential service providers for business teams;
  • Carry out investigations and provide conclusions on incidents reported by users or the Security Operations Center (SOC);
  • Raise awareness among teams about good practices in Information System Security to promote a shared cybersecurity culture within the company.

PROFILE :

  • With higher education such as an engineering school or a bac +4/5 in IT, ideally with a specialization in Information Systems Security, you have initial technical experience in the fields of systems and network administration or cybersecurity;
  • You have good knowledge of the different elements that constitute IS security;
  • Aware of the specific nature of your activity, you are recognized for your sense of ethics and your ability to communicate effectively and regularly about your activities;
  • You are curious, dynamic and independent;
  • You like challenges and teamwork;
  • You are recognized for your ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of people, adapting your speech to your audience;
  • You are fluent in technical English, both spoken and written.
