Business Development Manager- Cosmeceuticals

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South Brisbane, Gold Coast and broader Queensland region.

This is your opportunity to own a high-performing territory, partnering with premium beauty and medical clinics. You’ll nurture existing accounts, win new business, and act as a trusted consultant to help our partners grow.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clinic partners and identifying growth opportunities
• Delivering tailored training, treatment demonstrations, and strategic business support
• Representing Synergie Skin at industry events and trade shows
• Creating sales plans, analysing territory trends, and reporting on results

Qualifications

• Sales experience in skincare, dermal, aesthetics, or allied health
• Strong understanding of skin health — qualifications in dermal therapy are preferred
• Confidence in training and presenting to professionals
• Self-motivation, great communication skills, and a passion for skin health
• A driver’s licence and willingness to travel across your region
• Focused and goal-oriented
