We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to call into large self insured employers and gain access to their benefits leaders. This is an on-site role based at our Vancouver Headquarters, located at 1290 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC.

What You’ll Do
- Make 80–120 cold calls daily to HR, Total Rewards, and Benefits leaders at mid-sized to large U.S. employers.
- Secure qualified introductory meetings with decision-makers for our Account Managers
- Handle objections confidently and build strong rapport with prospects quickly over the phone.
- Excel in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment where success is measured and rewarded.

- Socially proficient: Confidently use LinkedIn and email for outbound efforts.
- On-site availability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment, Monday through Friday.
- Organized: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for scheduling and logging call notes.
- Multitasker: Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic, provider-first environment.
- Passionate: Strong interest in health, wellness, and technology.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience, in local currency.
