The Role
We are looking for a passionate Growth Designer to translate strategic briefs into compelling, well-executed, and high-performing direct response content across online and offline acquisition channels for OneSkin. You will have a strong growth mindset and the ability to understand what performs on direct response and offline acquisition channels. This role requires a candidate with a proactive attitude, a sharp ad-strategy mindset, with the ability to produce growth-oriented creative content working alongside our growth creative lead and greater paid marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Support creative execution and strategy across growth marketing campaigns for online and offline acquisition channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube/TV.
- Support design needs across graphic design, video editing, and motion design as needed, creating compelling assets that follow direct response design best practices.
- Translate growth creative briefs into high-performing creative with quick turnaround times.
- Ensure deliverables fit brand standards, brand guidelines, and adhere to strategy.
- Drive digital innovation and brand elevation by partnering with growth leads to create new, experimental, elevated designs for the paid social space.
- Collaborate with the brand & growth marketing teams to understand the target audience, identify creative opportunities, and support seasonal campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and reasoning behind design choices to key stakeholders, ensuring that all digital touchpoints uphold high standards of typography, design, and photography.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of design excellence.

- CTR (Click-Through Rate) & CR / CVR (Conversion Rate)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- AOV (Average Order Value)
- CPA / CAC (Cost Per Acquisition / Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Applies insights from creative testing
Requirements
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with special attention to After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with Figma and other video editing platforms a plus.
- 2+ years experience using consumer behavior data and design best practices to build growth creative briefs, and design high-performing growth creative. You are driven by metrics, even when faced with a challenge that isn’t perfectly measurable.
- Knowledgeable on DR creative best practices.
- Experience with a variety of channels, including paid social, demand side platforms, search, display, and bonus points for experience with TV, affiliate, influencer, direct mail, or out-of-home.
- Strong communication skills, experience working with contractors a plus
Proficient in Google products (Drive, Docs, Slides)
