Tasks
You’ll be part of a small but ambitious team working on growing and scaling a very unique service. Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on—some days focused on outreach and talking to interested leads, other days diving into growth experiments or helping coordinate internal projects.
Some of the things you might work on:
- Researching and testing new ideas for lead generation and partnerships
- Setting up and optimizing funnels, tools, and workflows that support sales and marketing efforts
- Analyzing performance data to improve outreach and customer acquisition
- Supporting growth-related projects across marketing, operations, and strategy
- Jumping into day-to-day operational tasks to keep things running smoothly
You’ll have a lot of autonomy and the chance to take ownership of projects as we grow.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You like ownership and self-management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong English (German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus)
- Creative and analytical thinker—comfortable proposing ideas and diving into execution
- Experience in sales, growth, operations or early-stage startups is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable with digital tools and fast-moving environments
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin—remote is not possible
