This position is primarily responsible for planning and execution of multiple direct marketing initiatives, from concept development to on-time execution. This role collaborates with key stakeholders and vendors, managing tasks and milestones for all projects assigned.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ownership and day-to-day management and execution of project deliverables that include, but are not limited to, creative briefs, project set up, proofing, QA, circulation of art files
- Provide guidance on target audience and Work with Marketing Analytics to optimize circulation/segmentation recommendations
- Provide weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports on assigned programs as needed, providing a point of view on campaign performance with recommendations for improvements
- Recommend and support implementation of tests and process improvements with goal of driving continual improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and vendors to ensure programs meet budget and deadline expectations
- Ensure that marketing programs have been communicated to other key partners and vetted net of potential overlap conflicts
- Work with vendors, establishing timeline of all key tasks/ milestone deliverables in project management system
- Manage inventory for assigned programs; recommend timely re-printing and/ or recycling
- Ensure all costs are accurately populated and invoices paid in a timely manner
- Manage event coordination, budgeting, vendor management, staffing and administration for assigned conferences
- Develop understanding of system platforms (email, direct mail, SMS) to provide guidance on set-up, scheduling, and testing for assigned programs
- Support email team in testing and scheduling marketing emails in Adobe Campaign as needed
- Help drive research initiatives, including development of online survey content; leverage key insights to improve marketing initiatives
- 2 days/week onsite attendance is an essential function of this position

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with Marketing / Communication concentration strongly preferred
- 3+ years of marketing experience required
- A working understanding of direct response marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and activities with positive attitude
- Working knowledge in print production, letter shop/ mailing services, data processing and mailing preferred
- Experience in email marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, producing quality work efficiently and in a timely manner
- Passionate about marketing with a desire to succeed
- Ability to handle cross-functional interactions and relationships professionally on behalf of the marketing department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
