R&D Biostatistician/Data Scientist (F/M/X)

MISSIONS:

Within the R&D biostatistics team responsible for analyzing various data for research and development purposes, and under the responsibility of the Biostatistics Project Director, you will be involved, within the framework of a fixed-term contract, in all or part of the following activities:

• Define the methodological framework of the projects;
• Analyze and process clinical data, particularly biomarkers;
• Analyze and process real-life data (Real Data World);
• Develop, adapt or apply different Machine Learning algorithms;
• Write statistical analysis reports and participate in the writing of scientific articles, abstracts and posters;
• Present your analysis results orally, whether internally and/or externally.

PROFILE :

• You hold a Doctorate, a Master’s degree, or are a graduate of an engineering school, in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science or Applied Mathematics;
• During your studies and/or past professional experiences, you have been able to develop significant knowledge in the fields of algorithms, variable selection and statistical modeling;
• You are proficient in the R and Python languages, as well as the RStudio environment and the Databricks platform;
• Knowledge of biology, as well as experience in processing real-world data (RWE) and writing scientific publications would be a plus;
• You express yourself fluently in English, both written and spoken, your vocabulary is contemporary and suited to an international working environment;
• You are organized and know how to synthesize and present your results effectively, with rigor and pedagogy;
• With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team;
• Curious and proactive by nature, you have an appetite for the field of research and the application of statistics in the medical field.
