Salesforce Senior Business Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Systems team as a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst. This is a collaborative role working with key business areas to identify and implement business process improvements.

The Details…

Working with key business areas, the successful candidate will lead and implement process improvements and efficiencies across our Salesforce platform. Business improvement projects will primarily focus on our CRM system working predominately with our global commercial teams and technical service teams. You’ll be involved in recommending business controls by identifying recurring problems and provide clear, accurate and well-documented solutions.

Core responsibilities include:

• Lead and drive Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Write clear and comprehensive user stories to support development.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment.
• Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

What We’re Looking For…

We’ll expect you to have extensive experience leading change within the Salesforce platform and certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud. In addition, you can demonstrate your experience in Contact centre as a service (CCaaS) and/or Service cloud implementations and have hands on experience with salesforce configuration and technical understanding.

Excellent communication skills are essential due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, diligent, and who can learn new systems quickly. It will also appeal to those who enjoy working in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
