we’re looking for a Technical Product Content Manager to empower every user of LINQ to master their automation workflows—quickly, effortlessly, and with full confidence.

Why This Role is a Game-Changer

  • Knowledge is Power—And You’ll Shape How It’s Delivered
The LINQ Workcell is a sophisticated system, designed to redefine lab automation. But even the most powerful technology is only as effective as its users’ ability to operate it. This role exists to eliminate friction, accelerate adoption, and ensure that every user—no matter their expertise—can leverage LINQ to its full potential.
  • Automate the Learning Curve
Life sciences automation is evolving faster than ever, and our content systems need to keep up. You’ll blend content strategy, automation, and in-product knowledge delivery to ensure that learning is intuitive, documentation is effortless, and user satisfaction is sky-high.
  • Scale Your Impact Globally
Your work will directly impact scientists, researchers, and lab operators throughout North America and the EU—helping them navigate complex automation systems with clarity and ease. By building scalable, intelligent knowledge frameworks, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and human understanding.

Your Mission: Build a World-Class Knowledge Ecosystem

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering next-generation product content, ensuring that users can operate LINQ workcells with confidence—anytime, anywhere.

Your Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management (30%)

  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging documentation, including user guides, FAQs, API references, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Ensure content is tailored to different user personas, from lab technicians to automation engineers.

Knowledge Management (20%)

  • Architect intelligent knowledge repositories with structured taxonomy, tagging, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure information is easily searchable, logically organized, and continuously optimized based on usage data.

Automation & In-Product Content Delivery (20%)

  • Implement AI-powered, automated content generation tools to keep documentation up to date at scale.
  • Integrate contextual in-app help and knowledge systems to provide internal and external users with answers precisely when they need them.

Quality Assurance & Optimization (15%)

  • Establish key performance metrics and OKRs to ensure systems are meeting expectations and delivering value.
  • Establish high editorial standards to maintain accuracy, clarity, and relevance across all documentation.
  • Regularly audit and update knowledge resources to reflect product advancements and user feedback.

User Engagement & Continuous Improvement (15%)

  • Proactively gather and analyse user feedback, support tickets, and content performance metrics.
  • Continuously refine content strategy to improve user understanding, retention, and overall satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • Clear, detail-oriented writing style, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance.
  • Experience designing and managing automated content generation systems—you know how to scale documentation without sacrificing quality.
  • Expertise in in-app content serving platforms—you understand how to deliver knowledge in the right place, at the right time.
  • A strategic, systems-thinking mindset—you can architect highly scalable content frameworks that drive long-term success.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience in life sciences, biotech, or other technical/scientific industries.
  • Background in UX writing, instructional design, or technical education.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content automation, chatbots, or interactive help systems.
